- Discounts available at selected times for rentals in excess of 4 consecutive weeks
- Rentals for long weekend bookings during Peak Season (Fri-Mon) charged at weekly rates.
- Long lets welcome, rates can be negotiated

Terms & Conditions:
- 40% reservation deposit payable at time of booking*
- Final balance payable 6 weeks before departure *
- Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks from departure will incur a 20% charge for lost bookings.
- £100 breakages & key deposit required - payable with balance and returned within 21 days of departure provided no damages/ losses have occurred and all local charges have been made.
